Product Structure

1. Frame material

The outer frame of the high-temperature-resistant partitioned high-efficiency filter is made of stainless steel or galvanized plate, which ensures the durability and stability of the filter in high-temperature and corrosive environments. The aluminum frame is anodized, and the inlet and outlet surfaces are equipped with metal guards, which enhances the robustness and impact resistance of the structure and improves the processing efficiency of the filter.

2. Filter material

The filter cartridge adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, which has high efficiency filtration performance. Its design ensures the formation of a V-shaped channel, enabling the airflow to pass through the filter media with reduced resistance and improved filtration efficiency.

3. Sealant

In order to ensure the sealing of the filter, we use high resistance silicone as the sealing material. There are different types of sealant depending on the usage requirements, including red silicone (temperature resistant to 260°C) and ceramic adhesive (temperature resistant to 350°C). These sealing materials can effectively prevent airflow leakage and enhance the overall performance of the filtration system.

4. Spacer design

The design of the spacer enables the filter to maintain a good airflow distribution under high workload, effectively improving the efficiency of air purification. The aluminum foil material of the spacer can be selected in different thicknesses to meet different filtration requirements.
